Usage:

Topamax (Topiramate) is a medication that is used for the treatment of seizures. It is used alone or with other medicines to treat certain types of seizures (partial onset seizures, primary generalized tonic-clonic seizures, and seizures associated with Lennox-Gastaut syndrome) in adults and children 2 years and older. This medication is also used to prevent migraine headaches in adults and children 12 years and older. When used for the treatment of migraines, it only prevents future migraines and reduces the number of migraines that you may experience. It does not treat a migraine headache that has already begun.
